AIDA: The robot understands that the driver
Imagine an engineer who once placed in the control panel of the vehicle, capable of communicating with the driver to capture their emotions, "reading" their facial expressions and respond "appropriately and socially informativament": guiding it up at home, via the nearest gas station if he realizes that lack fuel or suggest going to a store or restaurant if it detects that the user is hungry.
Scientists at MIT have created AIDA (in English, affective agent driving smart).
This project has been developed in collaboration with the Volkswagen Electronics Laboratory in Palo Alto (California), where he has also collaborated in the development of navigation products similar to Google Maps 2.0.
AIDA, as well as integrate an advanced GPS system, can establish patterns of behavior according to the emotions of the driver and the information provided for this. So the driver is able to understand, memorize and journeys usually made predictivament respond when asked.

Symphony: talking with the vehicle as possible
Inphodrive The company has patented a new voice system for use in vehicles. Synphony called, this innovative system offers voice mail any information to the driver of the vehicle without having to remove the view of the road (no screen) or the hands of the wheel (not to be pressing any button) .

Symphony can get to move vehicles as common appliances such as radio, mobile phone or GPS. In addition the whole system is inside a box the size of a router.
To enjoy the Symphony, just:
- Have an Internet connection using the infrastructure of a company or a mobile WiMAX network.
- A quality microphone.

The Girocleta Girona
The works in Girona Girocleta since Friday 25 September at 12 o'clock noon. During the first weekend, visitors were able to try different bikes and car to check the correct operation of the new service.
Using Girocleta service is simple, once received and activated the subscriber card holder, you can start using it, taking a bike of any stations Girocleta using it and re- to the left at the station closest to the chosen destination.

Girocleta The service is active 365 days a year, in time from 6:30 to 22:30 pm (weekdays) and 8:00 to 22:30 (Saturdays and public holidays). Outside these hours may only be returned bike.
Girocleta stations are distributed around the city, so everyone can use the service more convenient and comfortable as possible.
